Approximately 444 unit new mixed-income, mixed-tenure community. 195 for-sale homes to be built, including townhouses and semi-detached product. 54 homes to be sold with write-downs and 141 to be sold at market-rate. Cooper Grant Commons, Camden NJ: Sales and marketing consultant for LLC developing 28 new twin and townhouse units near the waterfront. Phase I consisting of 18 units was sold-out in the first month. Phase II in pre-development. All houses will include write-downs. June 2004-2007.
Gateway Crossing HOPE VI. Hagerstown, MD. Selected by HUD in an RFP process to transform a former public housing site.
